For those who are wondering about our adoption, we have just sent off our formal application to AIAA (Americans for International Aid and Adoption). This is one of the few agencies that have a Korean program. We have been fingerprinted and approved for our I600A.
So, now is the wait. We were told the referral wait for an infant is 6-9 months. Praying that His WILL be done. It has been a long, weary, and confusing road to here, but we are trusting in the One who is able. I am slowly learning to lean on Him and submit to his WILL.
Following Him down one path, and then continuing to follow even when the path doesn't look the one you thought He was leading you down, is a very humble and lonely place to be. The only thing to do while walking this journey is to hold tightly to His hand and TRUST Him. Trust Him in the unknown, the uncomfortable, and in the dark;knowing without fail He will give enough light to light the step we are on TODAY.........."For we walk by faith, and not by sight."
